As the patient, you have the option of choosing a practice that will meet your healthcare needs. While we cannot speak for all practices in the community, we do know that Community Health & Wellness and
Hickory Medical Direct Primary Care are accepting new patients. Both practices have grown out of Oakhill Medical Associates and either practice will welcome you and your families and will provide you with the same patient care you have come to appreciate and expect. As of March 1, 2016, Community Health & Wellness will assume custody of all medical records of Oakhill Medical Associates.
Even though February 29, 2016 is the formal end of Oakhill Medical Associates, it has been a true honor, privilege and pleasure to serve you. As we transition, we hope you will find your continued healthcare smooth and uninterrupted. Please contact our office if you need assistance in making the transition to a practice of your choosing.
